More than two decades ago, Ol Charlies Seasoning was born out of Charles' passion for cooking barbecue in competitions across the state of Texas. Ol Charlies teams became the team to beat, and to keep up with the demand for his signature seasoning, Charles created Ol Charlies Seasoning.

 

In 2014, Charles passed away, but his legacy and seasoning lived on. Fast forward to 2021, and the decision was made to rebrand the seasoning to Texas Legend Seasoning. The name pays homage to the deep family roots in Texas and the legendary taste of the seasoning.
